The “100 Outstanding Tertiary Students” is one of Tertiary Minds’ flagship programs meant to motivate, inspire, and recognize 100 impact-making tertiary students in Ghana. Under this program, a list of 100 tertiary students from various institutions across Ghana who are doing exceptionally great in their respective career fields is posted yearly on all our platforms. We believe that the recognition of the impactful efforts of tertiary students will go a long way to encourage them to do even better in their various fields of endeavor. Hence, this program aims at giving students like you the needed exposure to to opportunities that will help you achieve greater successes.
A). The program is designed to recognize deserving students in:
- Academia
- Societal change
- Advocacy
- Sports
- Entertainment
- Content creation
- Entrepreneurship
- Politics
- Innovation
- Leadership
B). Who is eligible to be listed as part of the 100 Outstanding Tertiary Students in Ghana?
- Any person enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution in Ghana as an undergraduate student.
- Any tertiary student, as described in (1) above, who has made tremendous impact in any of the above listed areas.
C). The selection process shall involve these stages:
- Assessment Stage: This shall include the assessment of nominees, their attached documents, and other supportive files or information they have provided.
- Vetting Stage: This involves an interaction with shortlisted nominees on the impacts they have made or are making on the lives of Ghanaians. This shall be done via voice call.
- Endorsement Stage: This stage would require nominees to earn points through social media engagements on their nomination flyer posts on Tertiary Minds’ social media pages.
- Publication Stage: At this stage, the final list of “100 Outstanding Tertiary Students” in Ghana shall be published on all Tertiary Minds – Ghana online sites.
